Injection Components

Injection components including: plasticizing unit (screw, screw head, non-return ring, thrust collar, mixing  rings, cylinder, nozzle), injection port, injection oil cylinder, folding driving device (oil motor, reducer, etc.), injection portl cylinder, etc

Clamping Unit
Clamping unit parts  include:  clamping device, mould adjustment system, ejection device

Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system components are: hydraulic pump, motor, valve, Accumulator, hydraulic oil cooler, filter, pipeline, hydraulic accessories

Electrical Apparatus Control System
Components are: process control system, temperature control system, pump motor control system, safety device, fault monitoring, alarm system, operation and display device

Peripheral System
The peripheral system is:  feeding system, drying system, manipulator, crushing machine, hot runner temperature controller for mould
