Manufacturing process of Apple watch adapter components

A new metal injection molding process for the production of the apple watch adapter will be a glass or sapphire embedded in the metal frame to form an integrated component. There are a number of methods that can be applied to the manufacturing process, in order to realize the integrated molding of the glass frame system components, and to ensure that the component tolerance is small enough and the system structure is stable. 

The tolerance of the components made out of this will be very small. The edges of the glass can be cut or loaded into the channel to enhance the connection strength. Its finished product is one of the integrated display panel.
