The process of injection molding contains the following four processes:

1.Plasticizing Process
Plasticizing process refers to heating, transporting, compacting, cutting, mixing, homogenizing plastic material in the cylinder

2. Mold Filling

Under the thrust  from oil cylinder, pushing solution from nozzle , to mold cavity through mould runner and sprue.

3. Pressure Maintaining &Feeding Process

Continue to fill vacant due to shrinkage of volume

4.Cooling and Sizing Process

Freezing the sprue after pressure maintaining &feeding process. Products form after a time of cooling

5.Pick-up Process

Acquired a good rigidity and intensity after a time of cooling, eject  products from ejector rod
