The First Phase of De-binding

The first phase of debinding generally can adopt solvent extraction, siphonage, evaporation, distillation, catalytic reaction and thermal decomposition method. Not removed binder plays the role of fixing powder particles and keeping blank shape in the first stage of de-binding. In the following heating process, residual adhesive was evaporated from open pore. Usually hope the binder will not form internal vapor pressure during removing, lest cause deformation of blank.
