Powder
forging is also called beforehand hot parison. It is the composite technology
in preheating section of metal injection molding. Parts made of this method, theoretical
density can be up to 99.4%. It is mainly used for iron based parts, the main
material is carbon steel and low alloy steel, also high temperature alloy. The
strength of brocade based high temperature alloy part made in this way - temperature
performance surpassed that made by traditional method.
