About introduction for Shenzhen MIM injection molding carbide  :  since the early 1920s invented by a German scientist, with name "widia" (like diamond) on market, carbide achieved widely application in industries as the first production of tungsten tensile mould and replaced expensive diamond tensile mould. In recent years development situation, the researching and designing theory of MIM injection molding carbide became much deeper and more science, applied more widely.

In recent years, popular new researches are fine crystal, ultra-fine grain, even nanocrystal cemented carbide and gradient cemented carbide. Gradient cemented carbide divided into composition gradient, and organization structure gradient. In addition, it also uses molten metal infiltration process to produce gradient cemented carbide, such as gradient carbide anvil.


Fine-grained and ultrafine grain cemented carbide has also been available, such as when drawing <φ lmm wire, fine grain YGS drawing die is three times of the normal drawing mode. In addition, there are cast-inlaid carbide hot die, achieving good results in terms of rolling and wire rod rolling.
