Metal injection molding process is a liquid molding process.The existence of binder guaranteed even distribution of powders, which eliminates uneven microstructure of blank, and make products reach to its theoretical density. Under normal circumstances, the density of the sintered products can only achieve 85% of theoretical density. Product’s density can increase product strength, toughness, ductility, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and improve magnetism.
