Metal Injection Molding-binder

The first process for metal injection molding material process is to choose metal powder and binder conformance to MIM requirement. Then, under a certain temperature using appropriate method to mix powder and binder to make uniform feedstock, after granulating, injection moulding green part. The green parts can become dense final products after  debinding and sintering. MIM technology including product design, mold design, quality inspection, mixing, injection, debinding, sintering and post process.
