Metal Injection Molding (MetalPowder Injection Molding MIM) is a new high-tech process combining traditional powder metallurgy technology with plastic Injection Molding technology.

Firstly choosing satisfactory MIM powder and  binder, then under a certain temperature mixing them to make into feedstock by  appropriate method. After granulating, the feedstock can be used directly for injection, debinding and sintering, and finally gain the final product.
