MIM parts are complex in shape and high
density after sintering, which bring many difficulties to afterprocessing.
Shaping process: products are the high density
so it is difficult for shaping process, and difficult deformation, big consume
for molding and rebound easily.
Heat treatment process: due to the
complicated shape of the parts, it is difficult to solve the deformation after
heat treatment. Some micro parts (0.5-5 g) are difficult to ensure the same
technical requirements after heat treatment.
