to plastic injection molding mould. Use of metal mold makes metal powder
injection molding quite suitable for mass production. The use of injection
molding product blank has greatly enhanced production efficiency and reduced
production costs. And the good consistency and repeatability of injection
molded products thus provide a guarantee for high-volume and large-scale
industrial production.

Uniform microstructure, high
density, good performance
In pressing process, the friction between powder and die wall and
among powder and powder result in uneven distribution of pressing pressure, and
also lead to uneven microstructure of casting blank, which would result in
uneven shrinkage during sintering process for casting powder metallurgy parts,
and therefore had to reduce the sintering temperature to reduce this effect, so
that products had large porosity, poor compactness and low density, seriously
affect its mechanical properties. Conversely, MIM powder injection molding
process is a fluid molding process. The existence of adhesive ensures powder’s
even layout, thereby eliminates uneven microstructure in blanks, and that make
density of sintered products reach their theoretical density.
