The debinding process of metal injection
molding, as a new process never used in related industries. The principle is: in
the guarantee of the injection molding parts without deformation, the
components in the binder with the increase of temperature constant physical and
chemical changes, gradually become a gas or liquid substances, apart from the injection
molding blank, in order to achieve the purpose of separate the adhesives.
Therefore, the debinding process is special and important in the MIM
technology.
The parts have almost no strength after
degreasing, slightly vibration may make the parts were damaged. Consider to
reduce energy waste caused by repeated heating of debinding and sintering stage
at the same time, we try to make the single process of debinding, sintering and
heat treatment be combined into the integrated process. So that we
can reduce the uncertainties in production, improve the quality of metal
injection molding parts , and also improve the production efficiency.
