atomization:

film prevents high temperature reaction sintering.
Gas atomization method is the production of
metal injection molding technology with powder is the main method and its
production of powder is spherical, the low degree of oxidation, the required
less binder, forming good, but very fine powder yield is low, prices high,
conformal poor and binder in C, N, h, O of the sintered bodies. Method for the
production of high purity carbonyl powder, at the beginning of stable, very
fine granularity, it is most suitable for MIM, but only Fe, Ni powder, can not
meet the requirements of variety.
