In recent years, steel bonded hard alloy as
a new type of mould material, has been widely used. Steel bonded hard alloy
after annealing, cutting, after quenching and tempering, the equivalent of hard
alloy with high hardness and wear resistance, the heat resistance, corrosion
resistance and oxidation resistance, welding and forging, applicable to produce
complex shaped tool (such as twist drill, milling cutter and so on), dies and
wear-resistant parts.
Mainly used for hard alloy cutting tools,
such as turning, milling etc.. The more carbide content, the less cobalt
content, the more high hardness, hardness, wear resistance, but the lower the
strength and toughness of the alloy. YG alloy is suitable for the processing of
brittle materials, YT alloy is suitable for processing plastic materials.
The same kind of alloy is suitable for
rough machining with high cobalt content, and is suitable for fine processing
with low cobalt content.
Also used in the manufacture of hard alloy
cold die, die, die, such as cold cold extrusion and cold forging die etc.. The
YG class is suitable for drawing die, YG6, YG8 is suitable for small drawing
die, YG15 is suitable for drawing die and stamping die.
Hard alloy is also used to manufacture
tools and wear parts, such as micrometer measuring head, lathe parts tip,
finishing roll and centerless grinder plate.
