1.       High efficiency, easy to achieve high-volume and large-scale production

2.       Uniform microstructure, high density, good performance
In pressing process, the friction between powder and die wall and among powder and powder result in uneven distribution of pressing pressure, and also lead to uneven microstructure of casting blank, which would result in uneven shrinkage during sintering process for casting powder metallurgy parts, and therefore had to reduce the sintering temperature to reduce this effect, so that products had large porosity, poor compactness and low density, seriously affect its mechanical properties. What are the advantages of MIM powder injection molding bearings?

Powder metallurgy bearings are forming from metal powders and other anti-friction material powder pressing, sintering, shaping and immersion oil. They have porous structure,  among the pores filled with oil after invasion hot oil. Rotation of pump suction and friction heat result in thermal expansion of metal and oil while working, and oil out of the pores then lubricate the friction surface. With graphite powder metallurgy bearings can improve safety because of graphite itself lubrication. But its drawback is low intensity. In the case of non-corrosive, it can consider choosing inexpensive, high strength iron-based powder metallurgy bearings, but the hardness of the mating journal should be raised.
