Mixture in Metal Injection Molding

Mixture in metal injection molding: raw materials for MIM mainly are mixture of fine metal powder, thermoplastic, wax binder in accordance with precise ratio. The mixing process is carried out in a special mixing device. The binders will melt after heating to a certain temperature. In most cases, mixing process is carried out by machine. Until the metal powder is coated with a binder uniformly then cool down to form granular, those granular then can be injected into mold cavity.
