1 tbsp       Chili powder
1 tsp         Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp   Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/8 tsp     Nutmeg

Oils & Vinegars
2 tsp         Olive oil, extra virgin
1 tbsp       Red wine vinegar
