In process of
metal injection molding, the mixture is heated to a rheological plastic material in injection machine barrel and
then injected into the mold at appropriate pressure, forming a blank. Injection
molded blank should be uniform on microcosmic , so that product has uniform
shrinkage during sintering.

finished goods directly or near final shape and size products, thus no or only
minimal machining; short process, less investment in equipment. It is suitable
for mass production of various less moderate load mechanical parts.

material, anti-friction materials, friction materials, electrical materials,
magnetic materials, dispersive strengthened alloys, refractory metals, cemented
carbide, cermet); steel and high temperature alloys take use of powder without
macro-segregation and fine and homogeneous of
grain and the second phase.
