Metal Injection Molding Process Applied in Sewing Machine Parts

It has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, good consistency and good abrasion resistance, strong ability to resist high temperature, and easy to mass production. With the production of sewing machine industry as example, traditional production method is generally take cold extrusion process. Though its cost for blank is lower, it requires more than 200 times procedures, high artificial cost and low efficiency. Shuttle blank with metal injection only needs lathing once on each side, as much as 10 procedures can complete finish goods, saving more than 100 procedures than traditional process, greatly shorten the production cycle and save a large amount of labor.
