What
are the problems of debinding UAV metal parts by MIM metal injection molding
process? First of all, the principle for degreasing/debinding process: with ensuring
injection molding parts protecting from deformation, remove binding agent by physical
and chemical changes continuously, along with increasing temperature, the agent
become to agaseous or liquid substances, leave off the injection molded blank.
This process is special important during whole MIM technology. Parts after
debinding almost no strength and may be damaged even by very slight vibration.
