Production Practice Experience of Metal Injection Mold SIM Card Shared by ZCMIM


1. Guarantee the stability for blank appearance, debinding efficiency, sintering and sintering efficiency,    improving feedstock flow rate and repeated use can realize multi-cavity injection , reduce investment and improve  production efficiency.

2. Control injection blank weight (density) can improve the consistency of sintered parts greatly.

3. Due to the structure of  SIM card, debinding time should not be too long. Because too long sintering will increase product deformation.
4. Weight statistical analysis of blank is an important tool for future products quality control

(SIM card need to repair burrs, which increases uncertainty; products with sprue gate can make analysis accurate a lot)

In production of complex shape, thin wall parts, high flow rate could avoid air bubbles ,flow lines and not full filling during filling cavity. And can realize multiple-cavity, reduce equipment investment

Improve the reuse frequency can effectively reduce production cost. But as binder volatilizes  as  feedstock cycling for a long time, it  will reduce the flow rate of feedstock and  make  change for  blank filling compactness.
